Today we took a two hour drive south to a

What to bring to the Sauna:

*Towels

*Snacks

*Beer/ water make sure you stay hydrated

*Sauna hat (help from drying out your hair) and helps keep your body temperature  regulated

*Robe/coverup

Once we arrived to the dock we were able to take the “Sauna Express Boat” out to the floating sauna.

After we arrived we quickly started to heat up the sauna. Our host had it already started so we just had to get it going to the temperature of 100 degrees.

This sauna held Ten people.
Five inside and Five outside

Make sure to take a little dip in the Baltic Sea. Yes! It’s  cold. After sitting in the hot sauna the cold water felt refreshing.

The one question I always get is do you have to be naked? The answer is it’s up YOU, today’s experience we wore our bathing suits. We have been in saunas where people are all natural!

Here are a few pictures of our time at the

 Floating Sauna.

Cheers to a relaxing day on the Baltic Sea!
