Sauna With a Cold Dip
Sounds crazy right!? Well it Kinda is! Dipping your body into freezing cold water is not for the faint of heart. But it fells absolutely amazing after you are done and back into the sauna. We rented a Sauna Island. Located on tiny island in the middle of the lake and is a classic Finnish Sauna with a wood stove. You can not tell its a an island because of all the snow! We have rented this sauna with a group of friends a few times now. This place is one of my favorite Sauna Experiences in Estonia.
Sauna Ritual
First Step- Make sure Beers are on ice! One of the things snow is perfect for keeping your beverage of choice cold.
Second Step-Warm up in the HOT Sauna. I mean get really HOT!!
Third Step- Take a deep breathing step into the water.
Your body will be in SHOCK but KEEP GOING!
Then run back to the sauna and get warm again. Make sure to grab one of those COLD beers!
You deserve it!

Ice Skating in Old Town
A unique pop-up Ice Skating Rink located in the Historical Old Town. What a fun way to be surrounded by history and enjoy the fresh winter air. Uisupark is open from December- March. The rink has know to be open all the way until April once the sun starts to shine in Tallinn. You are able to ice skate right next to St. Nicholas Church. Grab a coffee or gloggi and enjoy the cafe or grab lunch after at a local restaurant. Such a unique experience right in the heart of Tallinn's Old Town.https://uisupark.ee/en/vanalinna-uisupark/
