Utah is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!
From the moment we crossed the state line we knew
we were in for a treat.
Capitol Reef Resort made our trip to Utah even more memorable.
Tour of the Room
Where to Eat?
Capitol Reef Resort has its own restaurant. We decided to walk across the street to try the Rim Rock.

Our walk to dinner (across the street) To the Rim Rock We had pizza and a few beers. The night we went it was the happening spot with live music and panoramic views of the Red Rocks. |
After dinner we headed back to the campsite for S'mores and a glass of wine.
This is the perfect place for families to enjoy the evening together by the campfire.
The best part is the campsite only steps from your Teepee.
There is nothing more magical than watching the moon rise over the majestic
Red Rocks in Utah.
Breakfast at Capitol Reef-
Pioneer Kitchen is Capitol Reefs Resort onsite restaurant.
We woke up hungry and ready for a hearty meal. We finally got the chance to try the Pioneer Kitchen. We had their All You Can Eat Breakfast. After breakfast we dipped our toes in the pool.
