Unique Sauna in Estonia-- Teepee Sauna

Joe Puhketalu Teepee Village is located in Vandra Forest in Pärnu County, next to the Massu River. It’s the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate your mind—leaving the hustle and bustle of the city behind and being transported to this magical place.

When we first arrived, we were greeted by the owner’s friendly dog. We were then shown around the property before settling in. We booked the Teepee Sauna for the day and also had access to a larger teepee that included a bed and a fireplace.

We used the larger teepee to store our belongings and as a changing room.

The Teepee SAUNA GETS REALLY HOT!

Luckily, there’s a refreshing dipping pool to cool off in. During the winter months, it’s shaped like a heart. In the warmer summer season, you can enjoy a beautiful lake instead.

We also made use of the BBQ grill. We brought food to make lunch—burgers and side salads, along with the usual chips and beers!

The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need to prepare your food, which made things really easy.

What to bring with you:

  • Sandals

  • Towels

  • Robe

  • Change of clothes

  • Bathing suits

  • Lunch/snacks

  • Water

  • Camera

You’ll definitely want to capture all the fun and memories.
