I have been Instagram stalking a place for my husband and I to visit for a Winter Wonderland Holiday. Since I am finally living in Ottawa, Canada, we decided on Old Quebec City. I love the Old World charm the city has to offer.
On Instagram I saw a few images of the street Quartier Petit Champlain. Its absolutely Magical! We went in February so as expected it was full of snow and looked like we just stepped into a Hallmark Christmas Movie.
Quebec City is part of the Top 25 most Beautiful Streets according to Architectural Digest.
By the way if you are ever interested in going to see a bit of magic for yourself. Christmas decorations stay up until their Carnival season ends!

We stayed at the hotel Auberge Place D' Armes. A cozy and charming hotel located right in the heart of Old Quebec. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful with directions and anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Here are a few pictures of our room. Our room was perfect! Auberge Place D' Armes is a small hotel, only a few rooms. And each room has a different theme.
Adjacent to the hotel is a restaurant called Chez Jules. What a gem! Upon arrival we were treated to a complementary cocktail. If I have not mentioned yet, I love a Cocktail especially after a long day of travel. Chez Jules is a traditional French Restaurant.
Ahhhh, I was in love at first sight. It just drips in Parisian Vibes. Did I mention the food was delicious. Our first night for dinner we had Escargot. I know most Americans frown on the idea, BUT trust me they are actually delicious, Well the ones I've eaten. Since we booked directly with the hotel we were given complementary breakfast. Once again it was a hit. We loved everything. I'm actually booking our Spring trip to Quebec to stay at Auberge Place D' Armes again.

Imagine walking onto a set of a Hallmark Christmas Movie, that is exactly what Quartier Petit Champlain looks like during the winter months. Its was absolutely beautiful and equally as cold. Located in the Old Quebec Region. It's a little quaint neighborhood, filled with shops, restaurants and pubs. It is said this is the oldest shopping district In
North America.
Simply Beautiful!
