Wild Chanterelle Mushroom Picking in Estonia

 Today we adventured out to the forest on the hunt for Wild Chanterelle Mushrooms. We had a local Estonian guide with us to help us pick out the proper mushrooms for cooking. Chanterelle Mushrooms are yellow, orange or white and are meaty and funnel shaped. They are easy to pick. And are spotted very easily on the forest due to their color and shape. They are among the most popular wild edible mushroom. 

After I cleaned the mushrooms, they were ready to cook. I made a Pesto Pasta and added Chanterelle Mushrooms.
